By purchasing my services, you automatically agree to the conditions listed below.

general

★ All payments will be made via PayPal.★ I reserve the right to reject or cancel a commission for any reason.★ You will download and save the files of the final products when given to you. This will ensure it is not lost in the case that I cannot recover your commission.

copyright

★ I, the artist, retain full rights to the original artwork, including all process images such as sketches. You may not claim any part of your commission, including process images, as your own or use them outside the realm of personal use.★ Redistribution of my artwork for any commercial or promotional use is prohibited. You may repost my artwork while promoting my own services at your discretion. You may create prints of your commission as long as these items will be for your personal use.★ You have my permission to repost my work wherever you would like, as long as proper credit is given and my signature remains intact and unaltered.★ You may not alter the artwork in any way, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon, social media post, or related use.★ You may not use my artwork as reference for your own, by tracing or otherwise re-purposing parts of the image. This includes process images.★ I do not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties used in the process of creation.

payment

★ Each price is tailored to fit an individual commission depending on wishes, complexity and character design. If you need a quote, please contact me directly.★ Quotes can be requested at any moment, outside of opening as well. Quotes expire after 2 months.★ You must pay for your commission in full before any work has begun.★ If the commission is cancelled due to my inability to complete it in any state, you will receive a full refund.★ I do not offer refunds unless the condition specified above is met. Your purchase is otherwise nonrefundable.★ If you would like revisions made to your commission after it is completed, there will be a fee equal to 10% of the original commission price per revision.

communication & process

★ I will be communicative throughout the commissioning process. I will submit process images to you and request feedback in order to ensure that your commission is the best it can be.★ I work best when given artistic freedom to create an image based on the intellectual property you provide.★ References should be concise and up to date. I only work with provided materials. The only commissions I will do without reference are, themselves, reference sheet commissions.★ By providing me with the references for your commission you declare that you have full copyrights or the owner’s permission for usage of the character design depicted on those references.

What You'll Receive

★ A set of digital .PNG files, one at full size and another under 8 MB.★ A speedpaint.★ Unlimited revisions on your commission while it is in-progress!★ Each additional character in a piece will add 25% more, cumulatively, to the price of the commission unless it is a reference.★ I do not offer revisions on commissions after the final product has been approved by the client, unless it is a character reference.★ Unlimited revisions on your commission while it is in-progress!

Important Note

You can request as many revisions as you want on an in-progress commission for free, but once finished, a revision fee is needed to reopen the project at a later date.revision fee ➨ 10% of the original value of the commission

How do I place an order?

Contact me on any social media or through email with your commission idea. You can send me a note on DeviantArt or a DM through Instagram or Discord. Include any reference images you have available in your message. Include as many details as possible on what you would like in your artwork.

Please remember to have your payment ready when ordering.

"This was a pleasurable experience to get to work with you, and I look forward to being able to commission you again! I loved all the minuscule details like the raven's red eye and the distant mountains on the right side of the canvas. There is such a sense of dynamic landscape and season behind Ravenstalker that I really enjoy; especially the towering trees that seem to reach magnificent heights. I love the fact that the raven looks like he is Ravenstalker's best bro, lol. The back-lighting from the moonlight also looks fantastic on both Ravenstalker and the raven. It really makes everything pop. As for the commissioning experience as a whole, I greatly enjoyed bouncing ideas off of you and us piecing an imaginary picture together.
